Ingredients
Paneer - 250 grams
Condensed milk - Half a cup
Ghee - 1 Teaspoon
Elaichi Powder - Quarter Teaspoon
Sliced pista and almonds for garnishing
Method:
In a non-stick pan or kadai, add ghee and then the crumbled paneer
Cook this mixture for 2-3 minutes
Add condensed milk and continue cooking till it starts to thicken
Pour this mixture in a greased plate and flatten it nicely to make a square shape
Garnish with pista and almonds
Let it rest for 15-minutes
Cut with a knife in a 3x3 grid
Serve after it cools completely (approx. half an hour)
